Shipping policy

Orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date order(s) are placed with us. Shipping & Processing may take up to 1-14 days depending on volume of orders the carrier you select has and distance between you and the carrier. Once your order is with the carrier please contact them for updates on your package. We are not responsible for orders that arrive late, missing, or lost packages. We do not offer refunds on any shipping cost, or fees if you insert incorrect information. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping information, if you insert the incorrect shipping information and request an address change after label is created, you'll be charged an additional shipping fee. These terms still stand whether customer(s)/you have read them or not.
